Truly enjoyed my stay, had a perfect experience. Rooms were new-fashioned, quiet and incredibly friendly hotel. Everything was perfect and the staff were extremely friendly and really kind. The venue was in a central setting close to centre of town. It was good to be 1 km away from Sparky's Grill, serving short-orders.

It was close to the town centre
Checking out was far to early. You need to go to breakfast early or there is nothing left. No tea and coffee in rooms. And was not aware that all the rooms were twin not double

The best feature of this Hotel is its location, right in the heart of Paderborn, so all the bars and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Clean and excellent breakfast.
The only downside was the lack of parking, the website says there is secure parking for 3 euros, however this is not close by, and we were travelling on motorbikes with luggage, and the secure parking is just a multi-story car park, safe for cars as the barrier is locked at nights, but there is still access for thieves to steal any gear left on the bikes, so it meant we had to remove all our luggage, and we just left the bikes outside the hotel parked on the road. So that was disappointing for us.

Very clean rooms, we liked honesty as it was so bar very resonable, the hotel was quite near to the city, there lots of good bars and restaurants near the hotel, you must very the buffet chinese on the top floor of the shopping center it was fantastic only costing 12.80 euro eat all u like, well worth it.
The beds. There was a group of 7 couples and not one of us could sleep. Pillows arful, beds uncomfortable not one double beds in the hotel and you can not pull them together and the rooms were so hot. On sunday they allowed us to put our bags in a room on the ground floor so we could go to town as our flight was not until 7.30pm, on returning to the hotel (as we had all handed ours keys back) we found there was nobdy on reception and could not get our cases, the receptionist should of told us that the front is not maned after a certain time when I asked her could we leave our bags there.

Altough the reception is not open 24 hs, the staff is very helpfull. I had some work to finish in my computer before I left and they allowed me to do a late check out without problems or extra charge. The cleanliness of the room was perfect.
The internet is not constant. One night I arrived late in the night and couldn't connect to the wireless so I had to use the computer in the lobby that was extremely slow and couldn't open docx files.

Cleanliness and comfort, value for money
Majority of signposts, notices, brochures in the room, etc only in German. In that sense, the hotel is not really geared up for guests from abroad.
